Our Mission

At Progressive Outreach Ministry Park, we are led by vision, fueled by faith, and grounded in the unshakable truth of God’s Word. Co-founded by Pastor Nasby J. Mills, Jr. and Co-Pastor Sheila Mills, our ministry was birthed from a divine calling, a vision from God planted in Pastor Mills’ heart on October 5, 2005.
From that moment forward, Progressive Outreach Ministry Park has become a sacred space of healing, hope, and refuge, a place where hearts are mended, lives are restored, and purpose is ignited. We are a non-denominational, spirit-led church where expressive worship is welcomed, and dress is casual, because what matters most is the heart, not the attire.
But our mission doesn’t stop at the sanctuary doors. We are the hands and feet of Jesus in our community, meeting both physical and spiritual needs with compassion, generosity, and bold faith. We don’t just teach God’s love, we live it, show it, and give it.

Soul Patrol is a witnessing ministry that enables us to reach beyond the traditional church walls to extend God's love to the surrounding community.
It is our desire to be the visible arm of God, meeting both the physical and spiritual needs of the people winning one soul, one family and one community at a time.

Our 3D Ministry is a Christian based recovery support group for anyone who is looking for help in breaking free, regardless of the addiction.
We seek to create a non-threatening atmosphere where people can be honest and receive help without the fear of being rejected, discouraged, or ashamed.
